TAC Impact Global Presents
The Impact Cohort is TAC Impact Global's structured, accountability-driven program for high-achieving professionals pursuing the EB-2 National Interest Waiver green card. No employer sponsorship required, no labor certification needed.
The Essentials
The EB-2 National Interest Waiver is an employment-based green card that allows individuals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability to self-petition for permanent residency in the United States. This means no employer needs to sponsor you, and no labor certification process stands between you and your green card. USCIS grants this waiver because your work is recognized as so valuable to the United States that the normal requirements simply do not apply to you.
To qualify, your petition must satisfy the Dhanasar three-prong framework, a standard established by a landmark 2016 USCIS precedent decision that defines exactly what it means for a professional's work to be in the national interest.
Your proposed endeavor must carry significance that reaches beyond your personal career. It must matter to a broader national interest: in science, technology, healthcare, education, business, the arts, or any field with demonstrable impact.
You must demonstrate through your education, track record, skills, and experience that you are not merely interested in this work, but that you are genuinely equipped and proven to make meaningful, measurable progress in it.
USCIS must be convinced that the benefit of having you here in the United States outweighs the administrative process typically required to bring foreign professionals into the country. This is the strategic argument, and it is the one most applicants get wrong.
Ideal Candidates
The Impact Cohort is designed for high-achievers across every industry whose work carries national relevance: people who are doing meaningful things in the world and who deserve a green card pathway that reflects that reality.
The Program
The Impact Cohort is not a course you passively consume. It is a structured, milestone-driven accountability program that walks you through every component of your NIW petition with expert guidance, peer support, and a clear framework for telling your national impact story.
We build your petition systematically, working through each of the three Dhanasar prongs in dedicated sessions, so that by the time you are done, every element of your case is airtight, coherent, and written in language USCIS officers understand and respond to.
The most common reason NIW petitions fail is that applicants cannot articulate why their work matters beyond their own career. We dedicate focused time to helping you construct a compelling, evidence-backed national importance argument that is specific to your field and your endeavor.
You will participate in private group webinar sessions led by Fisayo, where you will receive expert insights on NIW strategy, petition positioning, common pitfalls, and how to present your evidence in the most compelling sequence.
Every week, you have clear, concrete deliverables that keep you moving forward consistently, because the biggest enemy of a completed petition is inertia, and the cohort model is specifically designed to eliminate it.
You will be surrounded by a curated group of driven professionals who are navigating the same journey, which means real-time support, cross-disciplinary insight, and the unique kind of motivation that only comes from shared experience.
Before we begin building, we assess exactly where you stand across all three prongs and identify the strongest angles for your specific profile, so that your petition is built on your most compelling evidence, not a generic template.
